Formal Conditions of Acceptance

Manuscripts must be written and submitted in English only.

Each submission must be accompanied by a declaration that the manuscript has not been submitted or published elsewhere in English.

Any prior presentation at a conference or publication in another language must be clearly disclosed at the time of submission.

All manuscripts are subject to peer review, and the Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions to any submission.

Authors must agree to publish their work under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY). Authors retain copyright ownership while permitting unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction, provided the original work is properly cited.

Proofs of accepted manuscripts will be sent to authors for correction of typographical or printing errors and must be returned within 14 days. The journal is not responsible for errors resulting from authors’ oversights.

IJIEDS is committed to open access publishing, ensuring that all published articles are freely available online without any charge to readers for scholarly use.
Peer Review Process
IJIEDS places strong emphasis on the quality, originality, and academic integrity of the articles it publishes. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process as outlined below:

The Editor conducts an initial screening to assess the manuscript’s relevance to the journal’s aims, scope, and author guidelines.

Manuscripts deemed suitable are sent to two independent expert reviewers under a double-blind review system.

Editorial decisions are based on reviewers’ recommendations regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection.

If revisions are required, authors will be informed and provided with reviewers’ comments for improvement.

Revised manuscripts may be re-evaluated by the same reviewers to ensure quality standards are met.

Upon final acceptance, authors will receive an official acceptance letter, and the publication schedule will be confirmed.
